Vacation Home Manager

We provide house cleaning, staging & vacation home management for property owners in Iron & Vilas Counties. So whether you are in the process of possibly listing your home for sale or you have a property that is set up to rent to vacationers, we can help.    

For staging services, we can either help display your home furnishings or suggest ideas on how to effectively market your home to get the best presentation.  So whether your selling or renting, its a big impact on that first impression.   For house cleaning services, we can do general cleaning for all clients whether your listing, renting or ready to purchase. 

For Vacation Rental, we will have you in a contract & will agree to a $20 - $25 per hour wage with the understanding that your home will also need general Spring and Fall cleaning. Each clean may vary in time due to how large of a group and how many days the home was rented.  

For management  services, we can provide info to your renters during their stay or simply keep a watchful eye out on your property.  We will provide a combination key box, check all light bulbs & batteries, replenish your firewood for fireplaces, shovel all exits and be readily available for any maintenance workers that need to be in the home for any mechanical repairs.
